Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set the time and date of an estimate. While doing so have the customer answer a few questions.
2. Send a sales associate out to the project site measure and give a 30 minute or so presentation. This will show the customer what they should expect from us.
3. After the job is sold, permitting and scheduling of job will be done.
4. Once the job is completed a walkthrough with the customer will take place.
5. Final payment will be invoiced and the job will be closed out.
6. If warranty work is needed, the customer can contact us and we will get that scheduled and resolved with the typical time of 2 weeks unless it's an emergency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. We are a licensed residential builder.
2. Most of our staff have many many years in the construction industry.
