i have 8 years of experience installing repairing residential Furnaces and Air condtioning units i also have Michigan Mechanical contractors license and nate certified in both heating and cooling in installation and service
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
i use flate rate upfornt pricing which means the price we give is the price you pay no matter what outcome of the job is the price will never increase as job progress towareds completion
How did you get started in this business?
i love reapiring and installing heating and cooling units
as well as helping people with there hvac needs and issues
What types of customers have you worked with?
customesr that live in apartment complex and residential homes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
recently i installed a furnace and air coniditioner and customer told me that they had muitiple companies out and said that it would be too difficut and would be almost impossible i go above and beyond
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
alot of customer hire the bigger companies which in my opinion do the most unprofessional jobs i have seen becuase there given a time frame do do the job and they rsuh through the work and that where mistakes happen rush through the work is where is becomes sloppy i have seen small companies like 2 or 3 men company that do fantastic amazing jobs
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
ask if this is the right timing the right company for customer and most of all the customer should consider what is the cost for the job they need done and make sure that you compare apples to apples when getting quotes
