What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A call to our office at 313-359-4357 starts the process. We are available 24/7 and will respond to any call within one hour. Arrangements are made to inspect the job site at the customer's convenience. Clean up techniques, length of completion and billing vary for each job, but our crew will explain the cleaning process and, if applicable, the insurance process once they have assessed the damage. Depending on the job we may be there for a few days or just a few hours. The crew chief will give you an esitmated timeline based on the specfics of your loss.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews undergo extensive training from our corporate office before ever entering the field. Additionally, we receive continuing education for the industry standard bearer, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
We currently hold accreditation in:
Water Restoration, Structural Drying, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Microbial Remediation, Biohazard Cleaning, Lead Remediation, and Confined Space Entry.

We work with a wide range of customers including private homeowners and renters. Our client list includes property managers of all sorts from one rental house to huge commerical residential and retail properties. We also do a great deal of work with area hotels, convention centers, and industrial complexes.
