What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my clients are referrals. I meet with a client and then determine if plans are required. If so, I quote the cost of the plans, which I design, and we go from there to project cost after the plans are complete. Once cost is agreed upon, we set a schedule. I stay on the project till completion.
