Your team was by far the most professional, accommodating, exact, friendly, clean, hard-working, and creative contracting team we have ever worked with. Kudos to you for developing a top-notch business for which I'd be happy to promote in any way. Regards,

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Allied Remodeling, one of our 3 owners will be your overseeing your project. You will get the project manager’s cell phone number that you can use anytime.

Our way of doing business eliminates the typical miscommunications and lack of accountability that plague this industry and cause so many headaches for homeowners.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified by both major roofing manufacturers – CertainTeed and GAF. With CertainTeed we are certified as both Shingle Masters and Master Shingle Applicators. From GAF, we have earned the Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor certification.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Payment is due AFTER the project is completed. In fact, we don’t even take deposits. This is unusual – most home improvement companies insist on at least a deposit before they will begin any work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have installed more than 25,000 roofs in the Baltimore and Washington area. With tens of thousands of roofs completed, we are the proven, secure choice for homeowners who want it done right the first time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Stay away from Sub Contractors.

Only our experienced, fully-trained crews that have worked for us for years. A majority have been with us for 5 or more year – some even since we launched in 1996.
