What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our arrival to our clients home, we normally conduct a walk-through of the property alongside the client so that they may express their service concerns to us in order for us to create a Proposal which will outline the clients specific request
Once the walk-through is complete which normally takes approximately between 30 minutes up to an hour, we than email them a detailed Proposal for the client to review & approve prior to any scheduling of work
After the client reviews and approves the Proposal than we ask that they sign the agreement and re-submit it back to us prior to adding them into our schedule book.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff consist of certified Professional Installers with great wealth of knowledge in their craftsmanship
