I finished Marine engineering in 1987 and was working in ship repair yards plumbing and electrical maintenance contractor for more than 15 years. Now I am working residential and commercial properties here in MD, VA, DC.

Sending a template quote sometime goes wrong because some customer like higher quality material and it is not affordable for us to finish the project within the template quote price.

HKS Properties inc has its own properties in Maryland. The properties are bought from City of Baltimore in a depleted condition, vacant properties. we renovated the properties as per the Maryland code,conducted all the roughing and final inspections ending with final, use and Occupancy, lead inspection. Currently, we maintain the properties, because of the weather condition we get plumbing and electrical maintenance jobs. Already we are equipped with right tools and experienced technicians. After that we start to work as a company in around fifty miles radius.

Recently we completed a bathroom and toilet in basement, it was very challenging , because the basement level was very low due to that drainage lane is not possible, lots of company technician are not willing to take the job, but we took and we finished successfully. Due to heavy rain recently one of the house basement totally flooded. There is no sump pump in the basement to let the water out. so we constructed four way trench on four corners of outside building to pump the water out.

customer must think and explain about their inconvenience regarding any kind of issues, and they should clearly know how it was working before and after stopped working . customers should know about any previous issues about the same system and how they solved earlier.they can explain it to the professional, what exactly they need.
