What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer contacts me, I will go to the job with him/her to give them an estimate and a start to finish date. We will work out a schedule depending on the type of job then half of the money will be due up front, and the other half when the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have two years experience as an electrician and I am currently in school to get my journeyman’s license.
