Zach was very thorough and gave me a detailed report of his findings and the priority issues. He even took care of the radon test air quality and water quality tests. He was courteous and showed up on time. He took several hours going over everything and then took his time explaining it all to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What will happen is you will hire me and will receive a confirmation an agreement to sign, then after the inspection appointment you will receive a report within 24 to 36 hours of inspection. Radon tests will take 48 hours to test and then usually a 12 hour turnaround with the report.
