I enjoy helping first time home buyers who often know little about the workings of their home. I find it very rewarding when a client accompanies me on the inspection. It becomes a learning experience for the client and me too; since it better prepares me for the things buyers don't know.
I also find it quite rewarding to find things that an experienced home owner doesn't know to look for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting all pertinent information about the property; I prepare a quote for the client to decide. We also discus ancillarey services such as radon, mold and Pool Inspections

Certified by AHIT (American Home Inspector Training Institute) Passed the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Examination) and am Certified by Internachi (International Association of Home Inspectors)
