The best thing about what we do is, the smiles on people's faces after we do a project for them. We have been so blessed over the years with the people we help. One thing I'm extremely proud of is, we have never done a job for someone and not have them call us back for a second job. With so many different types of people out there, we have never gotten a bad review.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st, All In Electric will provide the customer with a typed proposal of work. 2nd, a contract would be signed between both parties. 3rd, a time would be scheduled to have the work completed. 4th, we would show up on time, complete the work, go over everything with the customer of what we did exactly, and answer any questions they may have. 5th, the job was completed and the customers tell all of their friends how great we were.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Since there are so many different variables that affect the price of a project, a standard pricing system rarely works. That is why we offer free estimates so we can provide our customers with an accurate quote
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing electrical work during my last year in college. The guy who I worked for offered me a full-time job and to pay for my schooling to become an electrician. I went to school for many years and eventually got my master's license. I've been doing it ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with and worked for every single type of person you can imagine. Every type of race, nationality, and religion. With all of those different types of people, we have never gotten a bad review. Now, that is saying something.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently did a job for this lady around Christmas. She had a family heirloom, a lighted Christmas tree stand. It was extremely old and in very bad condition. Rebuilding a light fixture is not our expertise, we normally just install them. But, it meant a lot to this lady so I figured we could do it. It took us a couple of weeks but we got this stand looking amazing. The lady was so happy that when we gave it back to her she started crying. It felt good to put a smile on her face.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the company you are hiring is licensed and insured. Also, reviews are a great way to get an unbiased view of a company. Reviews are very powerful and can tell you a lot about a company before you hire them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Some people may want to do a little research on the project they want to get done. Then they will have an idea of the time it takes to complete a project like that and the costs involved. It may help them with planning too. Picking a good time of the year to have a big project completed is important. Then they can make sure it is not interfering with their work or kids' schooling.
