What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them ask what they are looking to do. If they have any ideas I like to go over and explain what I think would look best. And if they have an idea I give them my input. I go over pricing and try to make them feel comfortable and not feel taken advantage of. Or there not getting what there paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 21 years in the electrical field. I went YNt 5 years of schooling to get my license. I have worked on numerous jobs including big buildings in Boston and surrounding areas. I've worked on the Big Dig which includes various aspects of my trade. Motor controls pump rooms high voltage wiring and pipe running from 3/4 -4" and from the start I've worked on numerous residential homes so most of my experience is working in houses but not limited to just that.
