Used a junk removal service personally and was shocked at how bad the service was. I investigated and found the industry was in desperate need of professional service.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had a customer who was in need of immediate service. She had been stood up by another company that never showed up or called. We were able to pull one of our technicians off of a job, get to her and still make it back to complete the other job.
The customer was estatic!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check reviews on sites like HomeAdvisor, Angie's List, Yelp... Ask questions! Do they have general liability insurance, will everything be disposed of properly, etc.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask for an in-person estimate!!
Many companies will quote a low price on the phone in order to get their foot in the house, then jack the price up.
