David was consistently prompt and professional in his communication and service. I was able to bring the TV in for repair the same day after connecting with him. He was able to diagnose and service the repair within 24 hours.
Shortly after, there was an issue with a separate bulb and tv had issues displaying an image. After reaching out to David, within a couple of hours he arrived at my residence to pick up the tv, and the next day he came back in less than 24 hours with the issue fully resolved and serviced.
