About
We are experts in residential remodeling wiring, service upgrades, main panel upgrades, knob and tube replacement, recessed lighting, and brand new construction. We take great pride in cleanliness, efficiency, and quality, while making Custer satisfaction our top priority. We also understand how messy remodeling can be, so we spend the extra time to cover floors, and seal off rooms w plastic when taking on major remodels or a one day project. P
I enjoy the satisfaction of providing homeowners with peace of mind knowing we will always work with them to ensure every project runs smoothly and ensure there is no break down in communication. I also enjoy enhancing homeowners daily lives in their homes through our superior quality electical
installations. We never leave a project a mess, and always keep any necessary holes that need to be made, to a minimum and can even take care of all patching of any holes we make in order to fish wires in a finished home

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for new customers depends on the size and detailed request of project. A service call for something that will likely take 2 hours or less is a 2 hour charge for labor plus any materials. Larger projects are estimated based on photos and descriptions by email, or by providing a free on site quote, at the convenience of the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold current Masters and current Journeyman’s licenses. Have been in the industry since 1994 and went to technical highschool for electrical training. After graduating high school in ‘97, I have worked with some of the best companies, large and small, in Ma. It was that exposure to many different great minds that gave me the courage and confidence to create my own business in 2010. I thought there could be a better way to not just fix problems but also Eddy are home owners about their properties, especially the history of some of these buildings that are some of the oldest in the country. I have completed my required continuing education and license renewal process every 3 years since I first obtained my license in 2008 after passing the test on my first attempt.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system is based on upply and demand, like any other business. I personally do the work myself as the owner, and personally oversee all work being performed. My goal in this business is to provide exceptional customer service and to date, that has been the key to my own success. I continuously receive word of mouth references that far exceed any advertising i pay for. My rates vary by the hour, from $85/hr - $125/hr depending on project completion deadline, project details, and project challenges. My main goal is to pay the bills, not to get rich or take advantage of customers that aren't aware of the market. I'm always upfront an honest and never "pad the bill" Quotes are never higher than agreed upon unless customer requests additional work to be performed, which happens often once they see the progress and how I operate.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business because I knew right from the age of 14, that sitting behind a desk just wasn't for me. Also traveling to the same building day after day for 30-40 years felt like I would be limiting my opportunities and exposure to all kinds of people. I truly love the freedom my job creates, to choose the types of projects I will take on, and be able to build in time off in my schedule for essential family time with my children. Having all the money in the world wouldn't make me as happy as knowing my children and being a continuous and positive influence in their lives. I try to show them that they can accomplish anything they set their mind to, if they are willing to challenge themselves by learning as much as possible, about as many differenttopics as possible, and never stop learning about the ever changing aspects of construction methods and materials. Leaving a project with a giant smile on my customers face is why I do what I do. I simply enjoy helping people, and if I happen to be in a trade that pays well, that's just an added bonus.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with every "type" of customer out there. People with disabilities that can't easily move throughout their home, and instal fire warning systems, Wealthy people that just want to enhance their own homes to create their own oasis instead of taking vacations to "get away" I have worked with and trained kids right out of high school and watched them develop into a professional by helping them obtain a license of their own and then seeing them off to begin their own journey in life knowing that there are more professionals out there that have the customers best intrest at heart as I do. I have worked with less than fortunate individuals that weren't able to pay the ammount I quoted for the work they desperately NEEDED, so I slashed my quoted price, just to be able to help them. I can't always do that, obviously, but I take such great pleasure from being in a position to help someone that can not afford the services professionals like us provide. Situations like that only lead to them paying in qualified individuals to take advantage of them typically, without ever fixing the main cause of the problem. By the time the same problem reappears, those guys are long gone. I've seen it many times.
