What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Personal interview with prospective clients to enlighten them on the complicated process of buying and selling properties and homes. This builds a relationship of trust on which decision can be made to work together for the clients best interests. After agreeing to go forward a comprehensive sales marketing plan or home search plan is developed together.   

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years as an project engineer with an MS in management engineering from RPI in Troy NY.

12 years as Safety Officer and project manager in site work contractor for residential and commercial development.

12 years as a Realtor and 7 as Broker Owner Century 21 Stamm Eddy Realty with offices in Newington and Cromwell.

By law there is no standard pricing for Real Estate Services. As a full service real estate broker, we offer our full network of agents and contractors providing expertise in every facet of the process. 

How did you get started in this business?

Our familf has been engaged in developing, buying and selling land and properties for generations here in greater Hartford.

We have worked with every type of customer with whom we built trust and two-way working relationship.

We are fond of every transaction we help complete for our clients and enjoy the satisfaction of spearheading the process to improve a families living condition. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

The important part of choosing a Realtor to work with is rembering that it is a two-way street of information flow that works best when both parties are comfortable and trust each other. Take the time to meet several agents in person and select one who best suits yours needs. We have over 30 agents to choose from and can set up personal interviews at our office for you.

Our initial in person consultation delineates the process of buying and or selling as we help you think through and establish what you want to accomplish to meet your specific needs.
