What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, the first session is designed to have that client articulate up to 3 issues that keep the client's business from moving forward. For each issue, the client is asked to place a dollar value on the problem. If they cannot do that, then that issue is eliminated and we try to articulate another issue in its place. Repeat the process. Once issues are articulated and the client can quantify the issue in terms of dollar cost to the business, we start drilling down
