What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the nature of your project. Some are more clear cut than others. In our intial contact with our customers we generally have a consultation either on site or in our office. Once we have had our interduction we move on to planning and job costing to make sure all parties involved are ready to move forward. From that point we schedule and execute the outlined plan in a timely professional manner.
