What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we would typically start by getting a name adress and contact, we would schedule a best time to come by and measure the project. which depending on the size of the project would take anywhere from 5-20 min. we would gather the information needed and immediately email the proposal, with covid we understand some of our customers have worries, and we are sure to take the necessary precautions including masks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
graduated from trade school and learned everything in the carpenters union. I learned from 3 generations of family, including Grandfather, Father, Uncles and Brothers

Seeing all of my Family in the business, it was only natural for me to do the same

Do your homework a bit, know some things about the job and ask many questions, if the person is knowledgeable youll get confident answers.
