When a client calls, my advice is that they be very clear about what they want to renovate or do, whether in the kitchen, painting, bathrooms, in general everything, and that they value the work and the quality, and that they are willing to pay what they it's worth the work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The client must know how much money they have to do a project for a year or two at the same time and the time it would take to finish everything.
