Integrity, quality workmanship and value. We founded our company in 2009 on these three principles. We believe that treating our clients with respect, understanding exactly what they wish to have completed, communicating with them every step of the way, caring for their property as it were our own and providing these services at a reasonable price would be a recipe for success. The fact that we have experienced year-over-year growth every year has proven that these time-tested principles correct.
I enjoy making my clients happy with the work we provide in improving various areas of their homes. Whether it be a roof replacement, a siding upgrade or an interior or exterior painting project, the objective is to improve both the look and value of my client's home. I want this to be as pleasant an experience as possible for my client as I understand it is a disruption to their normal and my job is to ensure that disruption is as minimal as possible and the results are exactly what my client anticpates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our prospective clients contact us via phone or email and we schedule a convenient time to review their roofing, siding or painting project. During the meeting at our prospective client's home, we review their specific requirements, record notes, take pictures and review other areas of the project to enable us to deliver a detailed, written proposal to the homeowner within 48 hours and typically within 24 hours. We typically follow up 1-2 times to ensure receipt of the proposal and to answer any questions. I am not a believer in pressuring prospective clients into making a decision as they will decide when they are ready.
