What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a different approach to each individual client. No two clients are alike and some situations need to be handled with extreme care such as clearing a home after the passing of a loved one. We like to get a general idea of what needs to be removed, a time frame it needs to be done, and whether or not an in person estimate is best suited for the situation. We sometimes can have the potential client send a few photos of their unwanted items to give them a ballpark figure of what we charge. We are always upfront with pricing and there are never any hidden fees! Our prices are all inclusive, so the client is aware of the final cost before the job is performed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with home owners, real estate agents, property managers, and business owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After the passing of a loved one, one of our clients needed her property cleaned out so she could sell it. It was very stressful for her. We were able to take that stress away and have it all done for her and lift the burden off of her shoulders. She was so happy and a whole lot less stressed upon completion of the project. We were so pleased to have helped her and get rid of a very stressful situation for her!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always hire a legitimate company. It is very easy to check your Secretary of State's website to see if the business is legitimate. Hiring a Junk Removal company that is not legit can mean they are dumping your trash in illegal places. Also, make sure they are fully insured. This provides a security blanket to your home when having the services performed.
