What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Meet with customer in person.
- review and address work needed
-asses and determine plan of work scope
- deliver an estimate to customer asap
- once customer accepts estimate collaborate with customer on time that works for both parties to start said work

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Union carpenter. I'm 34 over been in the trades since I was 14. I have 20 years experience in the field!!!! (the best place to learn)
