We welcome your business and thank you for any and all support!
There is a great deal of satisfaction found in helping people. The game of pool and its varients have a lot more associated with them than what meets the eye. Most notably, the connection to nostalgia and sentemental value customers have to their tables and time shared playing the game.
Everyday, we are granted the ability to help people hold on to their memories and create new ones by moving and repairing their tables. We also get the pleasure of assisting them in buying tables which they have found second hand, or selling them one directly from us!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over a list of detailed questions which will help establish exactly what is needed and sets clear expectations from the start. We also help to consult the customer to make sure they are very clear on what they require.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Passion for the game of billiards is what drove our foundation. I along with multiple staffers have gone through detailed training programs arranged by some of the most recognized names in Billiards, such as Brunswick and Olhausen.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on standardized variables first. We understand that everyone has a different situation/requirements and will work on pricing with full transparency before committing to any project.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a partner for another billiards company, initially focusing on all of the aspects of sales and service improvement. I later took on the technical role of service implementation, personally working on all types of billiard tables from every variety of manufacturer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with quite a variety of folks, ranging from billiard hall owners, to bar/restaurant owners, to furniture and game room equipment manufactures all the way to private customers who are looking to purchase their first table or have their table serviced/relocated!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently we did an installation for a very up and coming gaming manufacturer by the name of 11Ravens. They are quite famous for catering to celebrities and high profile clients that expect the best. As they are based out of California, they contracted us to handle the retrieval, transportation, delivery and assembly of one of their best tables for a client in the Massachusetts area. They expected white glove service and received exactly that. We are very proud to have been selected over our local competition.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Use a billiards company for anything related to your pool table - do not use a "moving company" that claims they can handle pool tables. This is the best advice you can take for the integrity of your table and wallet. Be sure to have in writing a clear and detailed account of the service you are expecting, all variables pertaining to your specific arrangement and an itemized list of all products you are paying for. It's also worth confirming if they are insured, what is warrantied about their work as well as a physical recite.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When are they expecting to be available to receive the requested service. What is their budget.
If looking to own a table, what are their space requirements?
