Great experience with Bill. He came right away to assess the situation and without any sales pressure at all, gave me a quote for replacing my boiler, which was significantly less than what I was quoted from the company I usually use. His very friendly and cheerful personality, along with his many years of knowledge in this field, made my decision a fairly easy one. He was at my house first thing in the morning the following day and had the new boiler up and running by 2:00 PM! I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, family or anyone else in need of boiler/burner service.

It is important that I come to your house and review your heating and hot water systems. What type of system do you want? What efficiencies ? Whats your budget? Have you called Mass Save for free energy audit and rebate information? Cellar access. Thes are just a few questions that need to be answered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years Associte degree in heating / Power / Refrigeration.
Mass. License oil burner and A/C recovery . Licensed Plumber employed. 40 years experience
