What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to perform a complete evaluation of a system prior to quoting any work. This includes a thorough examination of the equipment, the duct system, and teh overall installation. However, that's not always possible if the unit isn't working, so we do diagnosics just for repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
43 years of experience in both commercial and residential heating and air conditioning.

We have an $89 diagnostic fee that is waived with any paid repair.
