What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting customer to schedule a time for a walk through of the job that needs to be completed. 2nd is putting what was discussed with customer and my self in writing and giving a copy of the document to customer. 3rd follow up with customer to see if they have any question about what we have discussed. Finally if everyone is on the same page. Then I would get a contract for the customer and I sign.
