What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to the customer on the phone and ask them a few questions about their project and then we get their information and time set up to meet with them. Then one of our project managers meet them at the site and we review the area and see what the goals are of the clients and what they want to achieve. Then we will typically write up a proposal for the work and leave it with the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the information is on our website. Anything more than what is on our website our project will provide for specific situations.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
We don't have standard pricing. There are too many variables so that is why we want to send a project manager out to review the site.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I poured new concrete with my dad before starting this.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types, we do multi-family, residential, commercial, new construction, industrial.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy making peoples lives better.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone that has been in business for a long time. Companies come and go in this industry and the client can't always see the work that has been completed after it is done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long will it take and when can it be done. This work can be disruptive so the sooner the client's life can get back to normal the better.
