Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had an elderly customer who moved here from another state. They couldn't find anyone to help haul away the boxes and packing materials. They finally found us and called. Daniel went to give them a bid. They were very happy to get help but didn't think we could get all of the materials in the trailer and would end up paying more than the original bid. When Daniel finished loading they were so excited and happy. That makes us want to work harder for our customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are thorough in asking questions about extra fees and taxes. Ask for proof of insurance if they are coming into your home. Look at their website and read reviews.
