About
MY TEAM AND PROJECT COORDINATOR ARE PHENOMENAL. THEY CARE ABOUT ALL THOSE LITTLE DETAILS THAT MATTER SO MUCH WHEN YOU ARE CHOOSING YOUR CONTRACTOR, AND SADLY ARE THE FIRST THINGS NOT REMEMBERED WHEN THE CREW STARTS JOB. NOT US! WE TREAT EVERY PROJECT (NO MATTER IT'S SIZE) LIKE WE ARE DOING SOMETHING FOR OUR GRANDMOTHER'S PASTOR. YOU MATTER THE MOST, AND WE NEVER FORGET THAT. WITHOUT YOU THERE IS NO US.
I LOVE TO BE THE PERSON TO DELIVER A STRESS FREE (WITHIN REASON) REMARKABLE FINISHED DREAM CONVERSION INTO THAT CUSTOMER'S NEW REALITY. I LOVE TO BE THE ONE TO SEE THEIR GENIUINE JOY WHEN THEIR GOALS ARE REALIZED AND TO DO SO UNDER THEIR BUDGET AND HIGHER THAN EXPECTED QUALITY.

WHEN MATERIALS ARRIVE AND INSTALL DAY BEGINS ANOTHER 30 % ID DUE THAT DATE. ONCE ALL DEMO IS COMPLETE ANOTHER 20% IS DUE AND UPON COMPLETION AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF A JOB WELL DONE A CLEAN UP CREW BEGINS AND FINAL PAYMENT IS COLLECTED THAT DAY. A WARRANTY CARD FOR OUR WORKMANSHIP IS THEN PRESENTED TO CUSTOMER ALONG WITH ALL MANUFACTURE WARRANTY INFO IF APPLICABLE.

How did you get started in this business?
Worked with several other companies over 10 years and decided I could not change what I did not like about others, so I started my own business. I wanted to guarantee from beginning to end the clients were happy and felt someone really cared about the outcome of their project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types from small families with modest budgets to large commercial property owners. All jobs treated with equal importance and installed with a better than good enough attitude that is all too common in the industry.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the details are noted and that whomever you pick to do the job doesn't have to constantly reminded of them. Far too often are the little unique things that matter most to the individual overlooked and forgotton.
