I have been doing flooring since 1993 and moved to Kansas City in 2004 working for big box companies and watching how they take advantage of the customer in every transaction. In 2009, I started my own flooring business to be able to provide the customer with a great installation experience along with exceptional customer service. I love what I do and it'll show! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact via phone, text, or email. A date for a no obligation in-home measure is set up. A bid is given in most cases within 48hrs. If the estimate is accepted a date for install is set up when we know materials are coming in.
