What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our prospective clients to make sure can meet their expectations and get an idea of how they want the project done . First meet us always free - then we will gather numbers and design and put together a budget For our client . These budgets are meant to help the customer understand the bids
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years of custom home building / remodeling experience coupled with cutting edge and award winning design .

First meet is free . For all contracting jobs -the job gets bid out before signing an agreement .
design only is a flat fee of $75/hr . It typically takes about 6 hours to design a home from start to finish with all the selections
