What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office will contact customer to set up an appoinment. Our technician will visit the home perform a diagnosis and discuss the customer's concerns. We will issue a quote immediately and the repair will be completed within 24-48 hours
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technician are EPA certified and have extensive experience working with HVAC systems.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have standard pricing and have found that our pricing is about 20-30% below our competitors.
How did you get started in this business?
Our owner went to school for HVAC. Following that he worked for several local HVAC companies along with a couple of property manangement companies, and later became a College Professor teaching HVAC courses. He has combined his skill and love for customer satisfaction into a company he is very proud of and proud to serve.
