I can’t tell you what a great experience we had. The crew that came out the first time was outstanding. Like with any project there were a few issues but the came back out and took care of everything and the floor looks great. Chris and Travis were great to work with. Both crews had a great helpful attitude and mindset to make sure everything was top notch. Travis was excellent to work with, providing samples, guiding us thru the selection process. Chris was outstanding when he came out to look at a few minor issues we had and making sure we were happy was at the top of his list. We will use them again on our next project.

We contacted Treadwell to apply an epoxy covering to the garage floor. We have a 4 car garage, and I was a little concerned about the scope of work to be done. We worked with Brandon Powers who did a great job explaining the process. He was always available by phone to answer any questions. We were very pleased with the process when completed. If we move again, I will get this done before I move in. I would definitely call Treadwell again for the job.

The whole refinishing of the 822 sq. ft. walkout basement floor was quite painless. The rooms consisted of the lower lever living room, 2 bedrooms, a zigzag hallway, and 6 large closets. Process from estimate to finished product was on the mark. The actual floor finishers were professional, polite, and courteous to me, the homeowner, in their 4 1/2 day process. Be prepared to expect dust everywhere, but it was considered a dustless process. Well, there is only so much a dustless system can actually capture. Just know this going into the whole process. The workers were thorough in sealing off doorways, vents, and the like. I would recommend this company for a residential project. Very satisfied and will use again should the need arise.

We used Treadwell for our garage floor coating. Our garage floor was deteriorating and dirty. Treadwell repaired the cracks and crumbles and the results are remarkable. The garage floor is now durable, easy to clean and preserved for years to come. The staff is efficient, courteous, knowledgable and hard working.

They were very professional, they were prompt, and they were finished when they said they would be. The floor was installed a few years ago and it still looks brand new.

Epoxy coating is holding up really well and made my garage a much cleaner space.
