What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Love new customers. I get their name and info, problems with device. I usually get a make and model number and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology (August 1987). Associate degree of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology (August 1986). Alpine Electronics of America Inc. Car Audio Product Specialist (August 1989).
How did you get started in this business?
Started with an Electronics kit from Radio Shack and it has progressed from there.
