Now days it seems like everything I try to do there is someone out there trying to scam me. It is nice to be able to offer a great service at an affordable price and know that the client is getting what they paid for and not getting ripped off. I have been in the HVAC field for 30+ years and all facets of the industry

I have been on all sides of the industry and I am very good at what I do. The one thing I firmly believe is honesty and integrity which unfortunately, there are a few companies that lack this. I believe in providing the client with the honest truth about what the problems are, which route may be the best for them, and allowing the client to make the best desicions they can that works for them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have a $59 diagnostics/trip charge which allows me to come out and take a look at the system and verify what the problem is. At that point, I explain to the client upfront what all options are including the repair costs and let the customer decide what is the best next move for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the HVAC field since I graduated from ITT Technical Institute back in 1988.

I have Customer Assured Pricing. All repairs are provided prior to doing any work on the system.

How did you get started in this business?

I moved over here from Illinois when I graduated High Scholl in 1986. I attended ITT Technical Institue and have lived here ever since.
