Usually I make contact over the phone, then I go to the location needing work. I quote the job and move on.

I've completed the Great Lakes Training Institute and have taken multiple horticulture classes.

I have a set price for some things but most jobs are unique and need priced accordingly.
How did you get started in this business?
I started mowing lawn for summer money when I was 14.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds, million dollar homes to mobile home parks. Retired customers with great stories to young couples at their first home.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was able to finish installing a mailbox for a elderly woman who's husband passed away halfway through installation.
