I try to do the job right, the first time, everytime. Use good quality parts whenever possible. We care about doing a good job for our customers. We offer Free Pick up and delivery for most equipment that is within 12 miles of our shop. All estimates are Free of charge. Some exceptions may apply. We are a Briggs & Stratton Dealer and Certified at a MASTER LEVEL By Briggs & Stratton.
We are also a Certified Kohler Dealer, and hold a Kohler Engines master Level GAS engine Technician certification.
We are a Registered warranty provider for Briggs & Stratton, Kohler,
MTD/Troy-Bilt, Hydro-Gear, Tuff-Torq, and others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take the time to talk to the client and ask the necessary & questions. This forges the ground to a more efficient and cost effective service and & solution to the problem at hand. All service and repairs are estimated and approved before any work is undertaken.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a" CERTIFIED MASTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN" and warranty provider for Briggs and Stratton & KOHLER ENGINS.
We also hold the status of Warranty provider- Dealer for MTD/Troy-Bilt, Hydro-Gear, Tuff-Torq. We have and can get all parts for these lines Including HONDA ENGINE PARTS.
We have experience with rebuilds / overhauls of small mowers, riding mowers and older farm Tractors.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a standard Hourly rate for labor. All other costs are based on the repair Parts cost and the equipment pricing structure. All fees and costs will be included in estimates.
How did you get started in this business?
A number of years ago we found that the level of service we expected wasn't being offered where we are located so We opened our shop to help fill a need in the community.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lawn and snow equipment, weed trimmers and chain saws, light duty, heavy duty Residential & Commercial. We will work on it all.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find somebody who will try the best to help you find a Solution to your problem and resolve It to the best of their abilities. Even if it is outside their comfort zone or expertise. The key is someone that is willing to TRY, to help YOU get the results that you need.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First what is your intentions for the equipment?
Do you want to squeeze every last bit of use out of it?
Do you want to spent the time and effort that it will take to do the repairs?
Is it worth the expense?
Would you be better off buying a newer used model, or a brand new one?
Would it be a good time to trade off the older equipment for a new unit before the value of the old unit is to low?
