Sealant Specialists LLC is a commercial/residential contractor that only specializes in the application of caulking and sealants on new or existing structures with failed caulking issues. With many years of experience and industry knowledge, we know what products work best for each project to ensure many years of worry free maintenance for our customers. We take tremendous pride in our work and reputation by being a honest and dependable contractor, that gives our customers professional results the first time. We enjoy the look of satisfaction on our customers faces when they didn't quite know what to expect the finished outcome would look like. They usually say it looks way better than they anticipated or they didn't know there was a company out there that only specialized in caulking and sealants. It's a great deal of satisfaction when we resolve our customers needs and that we exceeded their expectations. Not only have we made our customers happy, I've personally made friendships along the way.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually customers reach out by calling or sending us an email. I speak with them or respond back via email and we'll set a date and time that I can come out and go over their areas of concern in order to give them a fair, honest estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 28 years of experience in the industry. At age 18, I joined the union in Chicago, went through 4 years of an apprenticeship program and also learned from some of the best tradesmen I know. Over the years I've worked as a foreman for numerous companies, where I would oversee the day to day production from workers on highrise or commercial jobsites.
