About
I have a degree as a veterinary technician. I have worked in the veterinary field for over 6 years and have been pet sitting on the side for about 5 years. Recently, I have decided to take my love for helping/caring for your pets and turn it into an actual business. I enjoy spending time with your fur babies while you are away. It’s my goal to make sure they do not feel stressed or upset while your away. To do this, I come stay at your home so that your pet is not out of their normal territory. My husband Scott and I will go above and beyond to help make everyone involved feel at ease and stay healthy. We have two dogs, Lily and Sully, and a horse Annie at home. I have experience with multiple types of pets including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and farm animals!
I enjoy taking care of any type of animal! My pets are my children and I enjoy making yours feel the same. Being left home can be stressful for them, I enjoy making them feel safe and loved while you are away.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, I start with a in person meet and greet at their home. In this first visit we talk in depth about what they want from me and any routines their pets may have. It’s also a great time for their pets to meet me and make sure everyone is happy and relaxed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology and have worked in the veterinary field for over 6 years. I have been pet sitting for about 7 years now.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices change a little depending on how many pets, types of pets, and if there are any extras the pets need such as medications, etc. I talk with each parent about these changes ahead of time.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved caring for all my families and friends pets. I figured why not make some money doing what I’m good at and enjoy!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with clients that only need me to stop by and let their pets potty while they are at work and clients who want me to stay the night with their pets to keep them comfortable while their parents are gone. If there's something different you are looking for, let's talk about it!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would make sure you take the time and meet with them! Sometimes your pet may not like the person for whatever reason. The job won’t be fun for anyone if this is the case. Plus, you really get to know your sitter by interacting with them in person rather than just email, text or talk.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about what you actually want from your pet sitter. How many visits, do you want them there all the time? Also be ready to talk about their routines and what a day in the life is like for you caring for them.
