It seems there are a million moving companies out there, some providing at best adequate service while others can't even say that. When you hire most moving companies, you never know what you're going to get. At You Move Me we are trying to be at least a step or two above the competition in regards to customer service, professional and competent movers, and doing the little things (like bringing coffee to our customers if they've packed their coffee maker and always a little housewaring present). Also, our simple no-hidden-fee approach makes figuring out cost very simple (we don't charge for stairs, elevators, incidentals, disassembly fee's, milage, fuel surcharge, etc...) Professional and friendly movers, in uniform and in a branded truck, and simple, easy to understand, rates. That's what we try to accomplish on a daily basis at You Move Me.
One of my favorite things about what I do is taking one of the most stressful times in a person's life, moving, and making it easy on them. Within minutes of our arrival you can see the stress leave our customer. They know their belongings are in good hands and need not worry anymore.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will go to their home or speak with them on the phone and talk about their specific needs and come up with an option that works for them. After we understand the customers needs we create an estimate specific to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in moving, furniture delivery, logistics business for over 20 years. If it's been moved, carried, dollied, hoisted, transported, I've probably done it.
