Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first start off with a phone call and telling my new customer a little bit about myself and my business, and then I would ask for the pets information and what I am going to be doing for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a number of experiences with different pets and that includes dogs, cats, birds, and fishes. I have watched other friends and families dogs before and also fostered dogs until they found a good new home. I'm used to being around animals even since I have my own pets as well so I know how to take care of them.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard pricing system.
How did you get started in this business?
My friend told me about it and she thought that I would be a perfect person for this job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with different friends in the past and went around taking care of other people's pets.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have just finished cat sitting and I'm glad because they said I did a great job with taking care of their cats.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest you call the person and find out more about them and their business and what services their willing to do.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
customers should think through questions like what kind of experience or training that person has, if their allergic to certain pets, and if they can get along with your pet.
