What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have them sign our contract for services. We invite them to join us on the inspection. We let them know that report will be ready 24-48 hours after the inspection visit. Our visit is very thorough. Our report is generally 40 pages or more depending on property and/or issues. Includes photos of all the us inspected and all issues. Many customers say we put them at ease during and after the inspection visit. We answer all questions during and after inspection.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 30 years construction and 10 years experience as an inspector. I am a supervising instructor for the internachi national association of certified inspectors. I am a cook county inspector for the cook county land bank

How did you get started in this business?

I was in the construction trade as a Forman, then an administrator of a state wide commercial builder company.
