We are a local contractor taking care of local customers.
We are very turnkey and take all of the hassle out of home improvement. We apply for an obtain all building permits required for your project. In fact, you never even have to leave your home for our services as "we bring the showroom to you".
We are licensed, bonded, insured and A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau.

We are actually preferred storm damage restoration contractors for several local insurance agents.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the home/property owner to determine their wants, needs, budget, time frame for project installation. If we are a good match for one another we move foward by signing a contract and taking a material deposit than we obtain

We are state licensed roofing professionals.

No there is no standard pricing for most construction projects as the cost will depend on the size of the home, project accessability, building materials selected, roof pitch, etc....
We do give free estimates so if you want to know the cost for a project with a few answered questions we can give you a ballpark estimate to determine if this project is within your budget and if you would like to get an actual quote.
How did you get started in this business?
The owner of our company is a local firefighter and started this business back in 2011. We started out working on HUD projects, then moved into retail, insurance claims and the rest of our services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As you know from living in the Chicagoland area we have a pretty economically diverse marketplace. From modest $125,000+ starter homes to $1,000,000+ estates/mansions we have worked on every size and style home. We have even installed shingles roofs on several churches and roof coatings on apartment complexs, condos asnd commercial buildings. Basically anyone who owns a house, investment property, apartment building, town home complex or commericial building is a prospective customer of ours.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were just asked to provide a commercial roof coating on a second apartment building for Carriage Way Aparments in Rollowing Meadows, IL. We installed the first roof coating system on one of their apartment buildings back in 2015, they liked it so much that we were invited back this year (2018) to install the same type of roof coating system on another one of their buildings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you do a little research on any contractors you are interviewing. Check them out online, I believe the most credible resource is the Better Business Bureau. Review services like Yelp & Angie's list will try to extort money from contractors by only posting negative reviews unless you pay them a monthly subscription to get them to post more positive reviews. The Better Business Bureau has been around for over 100 years, they are reputable, tried and true and even provide free mediating services to provide resolutions between unhappy home owners and contractors (or companies & customers). One more important piece of advise. Any local home improvement contractor should voluntarily give you the Illinois State Law required pamphlet "Home Repair - Know Your Consumer Rights", it's from Lisa Madigan's (Illinois Attorney General) office and gives home owners tips on avoiding home repair fruad and contract tips. Be leary of any contractors offering to do home repair for substantially less than the market price, particularly if they are an out of state company or only list an 800# or a P.O. Box as an address.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of building materials they would like to use on thier project. They also should establish a realistic budget for their project and a timeline for getting the work done.
