creative exteriors inc. has been in business under the same name for over 37 years. i do not send out a salesperson instead i see each customer myself which save people money. my custom made fusion welded virgin vinyl replacement windows are made in chicago and carry a lifetime warranty on both the labor and material. we have an A+ rating with the better business bureau, a lisence with the city of chicago and various suburbs, carry full insurance and we are an E P A certified contractor. unlike other companies i do not require a deposit, customers pay after the job is compleated nothing before. also i do not have a minium required order so we will work within the customers budget. we accept checks and all major credit cards. to learn more about my company visit my website at www.creativeexteriorsil.com.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i schedule an appointment with my customers to give them a free demonstration and estimate. the demonstration takes about 20 minutes and after that they get a price. once hired the windows are measured by my installer and installed within 1 month from the contract date.

no formal education but i have been in the remodeling field for about 40 years.

after collage i worked in the men's clothing retail business for about 3 years. after that i started working in the remodeling field and went into busines for myself shortly after that.

we work with all customers that want or need residential replacement windows.

we replaced all of the windows in a customer's home including 3 patio doors.

check out the companies qualifications with the better business bureau, make sure that they carry the proper insurance.

how much will the job cost? how long before the windows are installed? how long will it take to install the windows?
