About
HTPC provides personal pet care to meet your family needs.
I love that we can provide a sense of security to families when they have to leave their pets, and I love being able to provide the love and comfort the pets are used to in the absense of their families.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a New Client Meeting to meet client, pet, and evaluate needs. We book dates on a first come, first serve basis. Once we decide the best care plan, I match the client with a sitter/walker and book the dates!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with animals for over 15yrs, including working with 2 different companies.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies depending on pet, number of pets, type of care needed, and distance.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out watching the cats of a family friend and the dog of a family for whom I babysat.
My name got passed around from there, and soon I was ready to hire helpers!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I think my favorite part of the job is, after hearing from clients their pet is shy, seeing the animals come right up to us to say hi. We all love animals so much, and the animals sense that!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My biggest suggestion is to check references. Other clients will give you the best information.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just make sure you communicate well your needs so we can make sure we are the best fit for you!
