Ask Questions of your Pro

If they can't have a quick honest answer you've probably hired the wrong Professional for that cleaning

Also ask about their discount or savings plan 

And make sure their Insured.

And Never pay anything before work isn't completely completed 

Or He or She Needs too readjust the Quote that was Hired upon.
