When working with a new customer, the first step is to always conduct a complementary on-site measure for the estimate.  We have learned how important it is to see the space and advise homeowners to not go with any installer who provides a quote without coming to the space first. There are other variables other than the square footage that determine costs.  When a job is done based on an estimate without a measure, it can lead to more charges for the homeowner later. 

After we meet with the homeowner, take measurements and introduce ourselve, we provide an accurate estimate promptly.  We are also a dealer for products like flooring materials and countertops so we can also give product estimates as well.  

after approval of the estimate, we receive a deposit to purchase materials and to hold the scheduled time for installation.   

We arrive for installation and prep the area for whatever work is being done.  We have daily updates and communication with our clients and work hard to provide a clean and organized work space.  

We always leave a balance for whatever is owed until the homeowner does a final walk through and agrees we have provided a beautiful space!

Our installers each have about 20 years of on the job training experience and it shows with their skill and ability.  We have licensed plumbers and electricians when needed. 

Camille, owner and founder of Lotus Home Improvement has a bs in business/marketing and before starting Lotus, worked for many years within the construction and building supply industry. 

Marcus, owner and founder too, is a licensed Chiropractor and managed a clinic for 14 years before managing and overseeing construction jobsites.  He provides a spot-on jobsite and about 75% of our business comes from referrals of past customers!

Our pricing is determined by the specifics of the jobsite and the scope of work needed.  

We always have been passionate about having our own business where we could be of service to others.  When Camille worked within the building supply industry as an account manager to contractors everyday, she saw a real need for good, honest and reliable installers.  Marcus apprenticed and learned under a very seasoned contractor and we developed a process driven strategy to make the industry better! 

We have worked with so many types of homeowners and homes.  From condos to single family properties.   We are a certified 203 contractor which means we are able to work with banks as the lead on certain types of homeowner loans.  We have worked with flippers and also within very large properties.  

Because we also provide products for every budget and taste it allows us to work within a wide array of projects.  

The advise we always give potential customers is to have on site measurements and have whoever is bidding the project come look at your space before getting numbers.  Using a referral service is great to put homeowners in touch with quality installers, however getting estimates is something that requires seeing the space.
