What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to set an appointment to come to ur home or business and see what ur electrical or security needs may be , we offer free estimates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has been in the electrical business for 23 years , working for a couple of small as well as big shops doing both low voltage and high voltage work
How did you get started in this business?
We began in the electrical field in 1997 doing low voltage wiring , security and intercom , later working for bigger companies doing bigger electrical projects
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done ,both residential ,commercial and industrial work , have done work.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have done a number of jobs , for a number of costumers , however my favorite are does that have had bad experiences with others and when the job with us is completely they become more than just costumers they become friends
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When hiring a pro make sure u hire someone that is in the business u need help in dont hire a handy man that may not know exactly how the work is to be done
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do u want a job well done or do want a job that may lead to bigger issues later
