FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting with the customers with their needs first and foremost and finding what exactly it is they need or want then asking them any questions to make sure all of their needs are met.  Then I explain to them exactly what I'm going to do ensuring they are in full agreement with what they desire.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 25 years of FiberOptic and Low Voltage Training and experience everything from fusion splicing fiber to laying it in the ground as well as pulling it. I also have over 25 year performing low voltage work, everything from Fire Alarm Systems, to Camera Systems,I can program just about any phone system as well as troubleshoot them.  Then I have over 15 years of electrical work, everything from bending pipe, laying conduit, pulling wire, everything from 120v- 480v.  Anna I know how to hook it up on the panels.  I have all the experience you need.

Typically jobs are $50 an hour up to $75 an hour depending upon difficulty.  Pricing would be given upon estimate.

How did you get started in this business?

I started in the US Army in the 1990's.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential Home Builders, Hpmeowners, Commercial General Contractors,  End Customers.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I had a situation where a medical facility lost power due to a power surge from outside, which caused major damage to some of the facilities Electrical equipment.   I was able to get the damaged items from a local supply house and spent all night repairing or replacing all the damaged equipment causing the facility to be without power for less than 12 hours.  A job with this much damage done to it would have taken most companies 24 hours at a minimum.  So I was very proud of our accomplishments.
